We are located in the lovely Heritage town of Perth and 40 minutes west of Ottawa, Ontario.

At Cairnpit, we have been Showing and Breeding Cairn Terriers since 1995

During this time, we have shown a number of dogs to their Canadian Championship winning numerous Best of Breed and Group Placement along the way and continue to strive for excellence in temperament and quality.

Cairn Terriers are happy, active dogs, very smart and full of their own importance. They are comical and fun-loving and enjoy a good walk or a snuggle while watching TV by the fireplace.

Our dogs are part of our family and live in our home, raised with love and pride.

Many of our puppy buyers have become friends and visit with their dogs or call to share an amusing story about the antics of their pet.

Puppies are health checked by a Veterinarian, microchipped for identification, and vaccinated suitable for their age.

All pet puppies come with a written sales contract and guarantee and are sold on non-breeding contracts with the Canadian Kennel Club.
